About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to scale campaign performance, optimize budget efficiency, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for Web Wizard and our premium agency client roster.
What you'll do
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
- Perform regular A/B testing on copy, creatives, targets, and landing pages
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign metrics to ensure scaling goals are met
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce high-performing ad creatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience running paid acquisition on Facebook & Instagram
- Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and attribution models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw clear conclusions from raw dashboard data
- Excellent communication skills and agency collaborative mindset
