SERVICE DELIVERY.

This policy explains how Web Wizard, operated by Web Wizard, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, delivers the services you purchase. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Digital delivery only
We provide design, development and digital marketing services. All work is delivered electronically - by email, by a shared drive, by deployment to your hosting, or by transfer to accounts you control. No physical goods are shipped, so no courier, tracking or delivery charges apply.
2. When delivery starts
Work begins once the scope is agreed in writing and the applicable advance is received. We confirm receipt and the agreed schedule by email within 1 business day of payment.
3. Delivery timelines
Timelines depend on the scope agreed for your project and are confirmed in your proposal before any payment. As an indication:
- Logo and brand identity: typically 5 to 10 business days.
- Graphic design and social creatives: typically 2 to 7 business days.
- Video editing and motion: typically 5 to 15 business days.
- Websites and web applications: typically 3 to 8 weeks.
- Ongoing marketing or social media management: delivered monthly.
Work delivered in milestones is handed over at each milestone rather than only at the end. Where a timeline depends on something we need from you - content, approvals, access or assets - the schedule adjusts by the time taken to provide it, and we tell you in writing when that happens.
4. Handover and ownership
On final payment, agreed deliverables and their source files are transferred to you, together with any accounts created on your behalf. Third-party services - domains, hosting, licences, ad accounts - are registered in your name wherever the provider allows it.
5. Delays and non-delivery
If we cannot meet an agreed date we tell you before it passes, with a revised date. Where we are unable to deliver for reasons within our control, the undelivered portion is refundable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
